You will never talk to someone until u pay the fee. And be careful of moving in throughout the month as the lease starts every 1st of the month. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t warn you they just let u pay then send u en email the very next day letting u know itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s time to pay again for a full month on the 1st. But they will tell u it was a prorated fee! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Very poor customer service too!!!
